All our products have a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event you have a defective umbrella:

 

1-Send pictures and/ or a video of the defective umbrella to : admin@umbrella-shop.ca

 

2-Attach a copy of the dated proof of purchase

Once you have done this, we will happily exchange your umbrella for a new one and we'll cover the shipping costs.
